UnitedHealthcare - New AOR Letter Guidlines
Please use the template linked below going forward for any/all Agent of Record changes. This is for the consideration and protection of both agents or agencies involved.
Per AOR guidelines - somewhere on the letter, it needs to state that the group is aware that the losing broker will no longer be receiving commissions and that commissions (going forward) will be assigned to the new broker.
UnitedHealthcare has received a lot of quoting requests that have been sent in as AOR requests - which is why they are being more stringent on verifying that the group is aware of the commissions change.
