Notable Items
- Reduced number of Balanced/Traditional plans
- 4 New Edge plans now cover routine lab and xray under office visit copay
- All plans are split copay
- Wording has been changed to increase clarity
- Urgent care copay standardized to $75 on all plans
- Old plans will still be available upon request but will be phased out
- TX and OK plans available to quote July 13th for August 1st effective dates
