Aetna Unveils New Automatic Premium Payment Option
Beginning in June, all Aetna Small Group customers can pay their premiums online or via
a newly-established toll-free number. This reinforces Aetna’s commitment to
“going green” by cutting back on the needless amount of paper, envelopes and stamps
usually employed when remitting monthly payments. It also offers peace of mind that
payments have been received.
Encourage your clients to get started today by:
- Calling 1-866-350-7644 - Customers must provide their bank account and Aetna account
information.
- Visiting www.AetnaMemberResources.com
- Customers should click on “Billing” and then find the section titled “Small Group
Employers”. Again, bank account and Aetna account information will be required.
A stuffer will be included in customers’ June/July billing statements.
