UHc Agent Recontracting
Did you receive a recontracting packet from UnitedHealthcare? If you received the recontracting/appointment packet with the Agent Agreement documents, you MUST have these forms completed and returned back to UnitedHealthcare no later than November 1st 2009. UnitedHealthcare requires a current agent contract/appointment to ensure accurate commission payments.
