Aetna Broker Licensing and Appointment Changes
In an effort to streamline their agent appointment process and decrease administrative
expenses, Aetna will begin implementing changes in how they receive and processes agent
appointments effective 9/1/2010.
All requests for agent appointments must be completed online at https://pangea.geninfo.com/Aetna/Apply/.
Aetna will no longer accept paper requests for agent appointments effective 9/1/2010. This change
will assist Aetna in processing appointments faster and eliminate any errors related to
missed faxes, email errors, and/or U.S. Mail issues.
