UnitedHealthcare Offers Grants for Children's Medical Expenses
The UnitedHealthcare Children's Foundation (UHCCF) is accepting grant applications for financial assistance
to families whose child's medical needs are not covered by their commercial health insurance plan.
To qualify for a grant, the applicant must meet certain guidelines. The child must be 16 years old or younger,
reside in the United States, be covered by a commercial health benefit plan, and their family cannot exceed the
maximum income requirements.
UHCCF is funded by contributions from UnitedHealth Group, UnitedHealthcare and its employees, as well as
donations from individuals and corporations.
