UnitedHealthcare provides members with programs like the 24 hour NurseLine, United Behavioral
Health Services, Travel Assistance and Will and Trust Preparation. These programs are just a few of the many
offerings to UnitedHealthcare members.
NurseLine
When you have health questions, you want information that's convenient and easy to understand. NurseLine is a
health information service you can call toll-free. It is available 24 hours every day of the year, at no cost to
you. NurseLine can give you helpful information about many topics. Call about illness, injury, chronic
conditions, prevention, healthy living, and men's, women's and children's health.
United Behavioral Health
United Behavioral Health provides confidential support for a wide range of personal issues. This mental health
and substance abuse benefit gives you access to in-person support for a wide range of concerns, including: Depression,
Eating disorders, Alcohol abuse, Substance abuse, Anxiety, and Schizophrenia.
Travel Assistance
Travel Assistance Services provides members with a sense of security when traveling domestically or internationally.
UnitedHealthcare’s Travel Assistance Services provides emergency-related services such as medical assistance,
emergency transportation and pre-trip information. These services are automatically available to all employees
covered by UnitedHealthcare’s life insurance products at no additional cost to the employer or employee.
Will and Trust Preparation
In conjunction with their life insurance products, UnitedHealthcare includes Will and Trust Preparation Services
to help employees and their families prepare for death or other unforeseen life events. The services include
access to information on the importance of estate planning, as well as educational articles, financial
calculators, and a library of legal forms.
