Clean Submission: The answer to a speedy response
To ensure the quickest response on your small group medical underwriting submissions, be sure to provide:
- HB2015 Report, or Fully completed applications, including: heights & weights on all, dates of birth, all medical questions answered & full details given, and employee signature
- Completed Fast Track Form, including Tax ID number
Please check your submissions before you submit. Providing all of these requirements up front can greatly reduce the amount of time for processing, and put you on track for closing that business sooner.
