New and Improved Aetna Navigator Now Online
Aetna has revamped their Aetna Navigator secure member website. New implementations have been made to make the site more user-friendly and faster, helping you find health information, claims details and print member ID cards. Another new feature, Ann (Aetna’s virtual assistant), is now available to answer more of your questions. Ann not only helps with registration and log-in, but can help you search for claims, find ID cards, understand health care terms, and much more.
