UnitedHealthcare Specialty Medication Plan Design

Beginning Jan. 1, 2010, new pharmacy plans will feature coinsurance for certain injectable specialty medications. These new pharmacy plans will be available for quoting on Nov. 16, 2009 for Jan. 1, 2010 and later effective dates. Plan designs will be available for both the UnitedHealthcare and PacifiCare SignatureEliteSM Plus product lines.
